Refund policy

At Kalos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If your exchange is approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
